💪🏽On Mr. Hathaway's web-page, he listed many different "active" exercises for you to do.  He also gave you a journal assignment.  I hope you visited his web-page at least three times?   If not, please do so today!

  1. The exercise I have done is A=10 push up. J= 30 sit ups. l=30 second plank. My favorite exercise is 1. scooter because I can feel the breeze and ride free!! 2. running because I also feel the breeze and work-out my legs a lot!! 3. jumping rope because I want to get better at jumping! and I once did 200! MY mom is working-out with me!

      Wow! 200 jumps with a jump-rope?!?! That's tough to do! Glad to hear that mom is motivating you to exercise too! Way to go Lee family!

  2. i had to do 20 squats, 10 sit ups, 30 sec plank, 10 sit ups, 20 squats, 10 burpees, 20 sit ups, and 10 push up. i just did my first name because my middle name is long and i was out of breath to do my last name and my mom made me stop. exercise i like to do is jumping jacks, swimming, and dancing.

    2. Awesome workout, Kelekona! You did 10 burpees?!?!? Personally, I don't like doing burpees. I do 5 of them and I'm done! That's a challenging one for me!
      Yes, always listen to your body. Mom was smart to notice that you needed a break. I'd choose dancing any day and any time over having to to burpees! LOL

  3. I did mostly all the exercises because I do my sister Alyssa Precious name to. My top three are A-10 pushups, D-30 jumping jacks and O-10 burpees. I like it because I use my upper and lower body. I do it with my sister Alyssa because she has one too

      You know, having a workout buddy is one of the best ways to keep exercising. You can motivate each other...especially on those days when one of you don't want to exercise at all! Good job, Gamatas!

  4. I worked out by myself because my family is lazy. I 10 sit ups, 20 burpees, 20 push up, 10 jumping Jack's and 10 squats. My favorite 3 workouts are the push ups, jumping Jack's, and squats because it easy to do.

    1. Joshua, you have a sense of humor! What??? 20 burpees? I just told Kelekona that I can only do 5 and I'm done! hahahahaha...I don't like burpees. I'd do sit ups and squats before saying yes to burpees! Keep up the awesome workout sessions Joshua! I'm sure Mr. H would be proud!

  5. My favorite three exercises are full name workout, jogging and play eye spy game, and the cosmic kids yoga. I like all of them because I get to exercise my body to stay healthy. I do most of the exercise with my mom and sometimes with my brothers. I also like it when me and my family go jogging at the bike trail by our house because we play eye spy game and ride our scooter. The full name workout was kind of had because I have to do too many pushups but I still not give up.

    1. Great job, Myah and family! Yes, that full name exercise is such a challenge! I like doing yoga too! It doesn't have impact on your joints and it helps to exercise our core muscles. I have to work on my balance due to my foot injury, so when I go to my physical therapy (P/T), my therapist has me doing specific yoga movements to help me build my core muscles so I'll have better balance!
      That's so great that you live near a bike path! Is that the bike bath that goes past the Aloha Stadium? How wonderful that your whole family gets involved! Way to go Modest Family!
