Aloha Kakahiaka Haumāna!
I hope you all had a restful night?  Thank you to those of you who tried, and got into Google Classroom.  I have a total of 12 students in our virtual classroom.  Keep trying if you still didn't get in.  All you need to do is go to your email.  For example, if your name was Jennifer Smith, your email would look like this:  24_jsmith@scott.k12.hi.us
Look for the invite I sent to you, then follow the directions.

Today's Agenda:
1.  MORNING ROUTINES...
-Good hygine is important, so don't skip on washing you face and brushing your teeth every morning! -Eat a healthy breakfast...you need brain food to function.  I'm having turkey link sausages, waffles, blueberries, and (hot) green tea. 😋
-Growth Mindset: "Not everything is doable at first, but with practice, it can be!"

8.  ACTIVE BREAK
(Remember....an ACTIVE break is an activity that will get your heart-rate up!) I'm going to do            hula with my daughter, Alyssa.   She's teaching me a dance and I'm teaching her a dance! Maybe
I'll record part of our "hula" session and share it with you tomorrow?? 😉🤔
