Do your Morning Routines.....Get up, stretch, eat your breakfast (I had a Vitamin C drink Mix and  a cup of strawberry/banana yogurt, with blueberries and granola).

-Community Service Project with Queens Hospital of Hawaii.
"Caring for Our Healthcare Heroes"
We are going to share our ALOHA and MAHALO to the many Healthcare Heroes who are dealing with patients infected by this Covid-19 virus.  Please help by creating a picture and/or message of GRATITUDE (ALOHA) to help support our Heroes!  We need to let them know how much we care and how much we appreciate what they are doing for all of us on this island!  Have your parents take a picture of your project, with or without you in it.  Submit the photo to me via email.

  1. It taught me to wash your hands and eat healthy. Also cover your mouth and wear gloves. Soon we can end this virus!!!!

    Yes, just because we are all quarantined, we have to remember to still eat healthy and exercise to maintain good overall health. I think a lot of people are more aware of always having good hygiene, like washing their hands more often. That's a really good thing!
